Shipping Costs

Note: for all local orders in the Armidale region, please use the code 2350 for free local delivery.

Standard shipping via Australia Post
-  Free on orders over $150 spend
- $8 flat rate for orders under $150

Express shipping via Australia Post 
 Free on orders over $200 spend 
- express shipping via auspost - $10 flat rate

*note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian dollar currency.

Order Processing 

Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched where possible on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves Willow & Bee. 

Delivery times standard within Australia 

For metro delivery, please allow 3-5 working days and for rural delivery, please allow 4-7 working days. All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, Australia Post will issue a collection slip for you to locate your parcel at the closest local post centre. All purchases made over weekends and on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Deliveries are sent during our normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. Purchases that have been made over weekends and on public holidays will be processed on the following working business day. 

Please allow 7-21 days to receive your parcel for standard shipping with Australia Post.

Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds on goods purchased due to change of mind, we will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair. 

If you are exchanging an item due to size, garments will need to be returned within 7 working days from the date of purchase. 

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal. 

The item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
All refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note. 

Returns Process

If you wish to return an item, please email our team at hello@willowandbee.com.au and we will allocate a returns authorisation (ra) number for you and provide you with all the details you need.

Please note we are not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

We will provide you with the complete postal address when we allocate your returns authorisation number to you via email correspondence. 

The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to Willow & Bee for an exchange or refund are at your own expense. However, we will ship your replacement back to you free of charge.

Faulty Garments

For faulty garments please email hello@willowandbee.com.au with imagery and all details so that we can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. You will need to return items with all tags in place. you will be compensated for postage in all faulty return circumstances. 

We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
